Make lips look younger. Start by covering lips with primer. Line lips slightly outside and inside the natural lip lines with your chosen lip liner. Fill in lips completely with lip liner to create a matte base. Then apply lip color if desired.

You can choose your lip liner two ways:

1. To match the natural color of your lips. This helps create a layered, dimensional lip look.

2. To enhance your lip color makeup. This is when you really want to play with colour and have fun with color pairings.

To Make Thin Lips Fuller

To make thin lips fuller, start by covering lips with concealer or foundation to conceal existing lip line. Then line lips slightly above the natural top and below the bottom lip lines. Fill in lips completely with lip liner to create a matte base. Then apply lip color if desired. When applying lip gloss, only apply to middle of lips to create a fuller appearance.

To Make Full Lips Thinner

To make full lips thinner, start by covering lips with concealer or foundation to conceal existing lip line. Line lips slightly inside the natural top and bottom lip lines. Fill in lips completely with lip liner to create a matte base. Then apply lip color if desired.
